1. Terms of Service Overview

By accessing and using NZ Iron Strength Limited's facilities, services, website, or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

2. Accessibility Policy

NZ Iron Strength is committed to providing access to services in a manner that respects the dignity, independence, and equality of all members, including those with disabilities.

a. Use of Assistive Devices

Members with disabilities may use their personal assistive devices within our facilities. Where safety concerns arise, reasonable alternative measures will be provided.

b. Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in all public areas of our facility unless otherwise prohibited by law. Members must maintain control and care of their service animals at all times.

c. Support Persons

Support persons are welcome to accompany members with disabilities. No guest fee applies. Support persons must sign a liability waiver upon entry and are only permitted to assist β€” not provide paid services such as personal training.

d. Notice of Service Disruption

In case of temporary service disruptions affecting accessibility, NZ Iron Strength will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members promptly, including details of alternative arrangements where possible.

f. Staff Training

3. Liability & Conduct

  • Members are responsible for their own safety and the care of their belongings.

  • NZ Iron Strength is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • Members are expected to act respectfully and responsibly within the facility. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Additional Policies

  • Service Animal Safety: Allergies or other safety concerns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Support Person Admission: Must be arranged prior to access; support person must remain with the member.

  • Training Updates: Staff training on accessibility is provided at hiring and reviewed annually.

  • Document Availability: Copies of this policy are available upon request in accessible formats.
