π What are your opening hours and staffed hours?
Gym Access: 5:00 AM β 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (24/7 for members with access cards)
Staffed Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM β 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM β 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM β 12:00 PM
Unstaffed on Wednesday & Sunday
ποΈ Do you offer personal training or group classes?
Yes. We offer a full range of strength classes, boxing, kickboxing, and personal training exclusively for members. Contact us for class schedules or to book a PT session.
πΆ Do you offer child minding services?
We have a Kids Room available for use during training; however, formal child minding is not provided. Availability may vary β speak to staff for specific arrangements. Parents must remain on-site.
π³ Do I need my membership card to access the gym?
Yes, members must bring their key tag every visit. Lost or damaged tags can be replaced at reception for $15.

Weβre fully equipped with:
Cardio machines, pin-loaded and plate-loaded strength equipment
Heavy-duty squat racks, deadlift platforms, and a large free weights zone (1kgβ50kg dumbbells)
Commercial-grade arm wrestling tables β a rare feature in NZ gyms
π¦ What are the rules for minors?
Minimum age: 16 years (with parental/guardian consent)
Under 18s must train during staffed hours only
Memberships for minors must be completed in-person with a guardian
No access for anyone under 16 years old
π What should I bring to train?
Closed-toe athletic shoes and breathable workout clothing
Water bottle and sweat towel required for hygiene and comfort
