    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Yes. We offer a full range of strength classes, boxing, kickboxing, and personal training exclusively for members. Contact us for class schedules or to book a PT session.

We have a Kids Room available for use during training; however, formal child minding is not provided. Availability may vary β€” speak to staff for specific arrangements. Parents must remain on-site.
